Roseate House is perfect for 2-6 people and is ideal for both families and couples alike – we welcome well behaved dogs as we know your holiday wouldn’t be the same with out the whole family being there.

Essential information - what's included?

Rental Period

Roseate House is available for weekly lets and short breaks all year round.

The rental period starts on a Friday afternoon at 4:00pm and and ends on the day of departure at 10:00am. We off popular short breaks of Friday-Monday and Monday to Friday.

What does the price include?

Our charges are fully inclusive of all power, bed linen, towels (but not beach towels) and t-towels.

High chairs, stairgates, at no additional charge are available upon request.

Cots including cot bedding are available to hire at £15 per week .

A complimentary welcome pack of a tea and coffee selection, sugar, fresh milk, biscuits, sweets and a drink for the children, fresh flowers and a bottle of good wine will welcome you upon your arrival.

Complimentary toiletries, sufficient for the first day or two, are provided for all guests.

A full set of cleaning materials, vacuum, brushes and cloths are provided. At least one hairdryer and shaver points.

Roseate House has a good-sized flat screen digital colour TV, DVD player, and Hi-fi's. A selection of DVD's, CD's, books and videos.

The kitchens in all of our properties are extensively equipped with all the essential equipment you will need for your stay, including coffee machine.

Most of our cottages have telephones which accept incoming calls and you can make outgoing calls with a credit or debit card.

Wi-fi broadband access is available free of charge.

Guests with Disabilitiy

Roseate House in not wheelchair-friendly, also it should be noted that acces to the 2nd floor is via a spiral staircase.

Dogs welcome

Dogs (maximum 1 or 2 )welcome to stay - We charge £20.00 per pet per week or short break period . However, the acceptance of your booking is with the strict understanding that your pet is extremely well-behaved, not allowed in the bedrooms or on any furniture whatsoever, they are clean before entry to the house and do not damage any of our property.

Cancellation Policy

If you have to cancel your holiday for any reason, you will lose your deposit and will be obliged to pay the balance. See our Booking Conditions for more information.

All of our properties are strictly non-smoking

You are welcome to smoke outside in the Garden on the understanding any butts are dsiposed of in the bins provided so we can keep the garden in good condition for the following guests.
