Roseate House is perfect for 2-6 people and is ideal for both families and couples alike – we welcome well behaved dogs as we know your holiday wouldn’t be the same with out the whole family being there.

Roseate house has a very cosy feel to it and is full of original features as well as original oil paintings and cottage style furniture.

The interior has been designed to compliment the overall character of the house and the cottage is superbly located and presented to very high standards (awarded 5 stars by Visit Britain).

The cottage has everything you need to make your holiday a one to remember with lots of special touches which set Roseate above most other cottages – Our aim is to make your stay with us one you will remember for a long time and hopefully you will find this a place you can recommend to your friends and family.

Internally

Ground Floor :

Living Room: after entering the house through a small hallway you gain access to a spacious lounge with open oak beams - the lounge overlooks the main street via 2 Georgian sash windows and has, as a central feature to the room a lovelly open fireplace. Large Flat screen TV and DVD player, HI FI and free WI FI connection.

Country Style Kitchen: the kitchen is of a good size and was recently updated to compliment the style of the house, it comprises electric oven, gas hob, washing machine fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker , electric kettle and toaster.

Dining Room : Beautifully furnished and adjacent to the kitchen this leads to a pretty very private walled garden with small lawn and furnished patio - a great place to spend those summer evenings.

First Floor: access is from the main living room – situated on a large landing area is feature wrought iron spiral staircase which leads to an impressive attic room.

There are 3 good sized bedrooms – two doubles and one twin room with walk in cupboard.

Family bathroom with double walk in shower, toilet, wash basin, and bath.

Second Floor:

There is a large attic room conversion with open beamed ceilings accessible via the spiral staircase –the room is currently set as a second lounge – at the rear is a fabulous bay window with window seat which offers far reaching views of Amble Marina, Coquet Estuary and Coquet Island.

There is also a second shower located on this floor with hand basin and 2nd toilet.
