Roseate House is perfect for 2-6 people and is ideal for both families and couples alike – we welcome well behaved dogs as we know your holiday wouldn’t be the same with out the whole family being there.

Booking enquiries can be made via e-mail, telephone or on-line. A deposit of 30% of the rent is required at the time of booking with the balance due a minimum of 2 calendar months before your arrival date. Bookings made within 2 calendar months of the holiday start date must be paid in full at the time of booking.

The booking is classed as provisional and not confirmed until the deposit has been paid and a completed booking form has been received by us. We will only hold provisional bookings for a maximum of 7 days from receipt (less if holiday is imminent), if no payment or booking form is received within that period, we will remove the booking and make the booking period available for others to book.

Payments can be made by cheque mailed to us, credit/debit card or by bank transfer. Our full booking conditions are available on-line and will also be provided a the time of booking.
